Important Notice on California Notary Fees:
By law, the standard California notary fee is $15 per signature notarized. This per-signature fee is strictly regulated by the state of California and is billed separately from any ancillary service fees. Additional charges—such as mobile travel fees, waiting time, office provisions witness fees, or same-day emergency/holiday premiums—are separate convenience charges for non-notarial services.
🚗 Mobile Travel & Convenience Fees
Our mobile services cover Cerritos, Artesia, Lakewood, Hawaiian Gardens, Norwalk, Bellflower, Cypress, La Palma, and Long Beach.
Standard Mobile Travel Fee | $35 – $85
Convenience fee for travel to your home or office.Facility or Hospital Appointments | $55 – $85
Specialized service for seniors and clients in hospitals, care facilities, or rehabilitation centers. Includes travel and waiting time.
(Note: Travel, facility, and parking fees are convenience charges applied per appointment and are separate from the California-mandated $15 per-signature fee.)
Emergency & Holiday Service Fee | $20
An additional Emergency & Holiday Premium will be added to the standard convenience fee for any services requested and scheduled on the same day, as well as for appointments requested on Sundays, federal holidays, or other official holidays. This fee ensures the immediate allocation of a mobile notary or technician to accommodate urgent, last-minute, or same-day after-hours requests outside of standard operational parameters.
Parking & Toll Reimbursement Policy
Clients are responsible for providing or reimbursing any parking fees, valet charges, or toll costs incurred by the notary or office-provided witnesses during the appointment.
Waiting Fee
After a 10‑minute grace period, a $1 per minute waiting fee will apply
Office-Provided Witness Service
We can provide professional, objective witnesses for your signing appointment if you are unable to bring your own.
Pricing Structure:
Per Witness Fee: $35.00 (covers up to 2 documents)
Additional Documents: +$5.00 per document (per witness)
Urgent & Holiday Surcharges:
Same-Day & Holiday Service: An additional $5.00 emergency fee applies to any witness requests made for same-day service, weekends, or official holidays.
Before & After Hours: Appointments scheduled outside of normal business hours will incur an additional $5.00 after-hours surcharge.
Important Guidelines:
Advance Payment: Witness fees must be paid in full at the time of booking or strictly prior to the start of your appointment.
Fee Exclusions: Witness fees are separate charges and do not cover or include the primary notary signature fees or mobile travel/convenience fees.
No Conflicts of Interest: Our provided witnesses are independent, legally competent individuals with no beneficial or financial interest in your documents.
