I’m Leonora, the founder of Identified – Notary & Identity Services, and my journey began long before I opened my storefront. Years ago, I worked as a customer service representative, and I discovered how meaningful it was to help people. I went above and beyond for every client, not because it was required, but because seeing someone smile after receiving genuine support made me feel fulfilled.

That experience shaped my purpose. I knew I wanted to build something of my own — a place where people felt seen, respected, and cared for, not just treated like another customer. That vision eventually became Identified.

What started as a mobile notary service has grown into a welcoming identity‑services office where clients can walk in, feel comfortable, and receive professional support with warmth and clarity. Today, Identified offers walk‑in notary services, passport photos, and identity‑based services in a calm, friendly environment designed for the community I love.
